You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. If a piece is not right, we would rather know than have it hang unworn.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, with its tags on, in its original packaging, together with the receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Write to info@dawanghihi.com with your order number. If the return is accepted, we send you a return shipping label along with the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or the wrong item reached you, contact us straight away and we will make it right.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised pieces, and personal care goods. We also cannot take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us first.

Exchanges

The fastest route to the right piece is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.

Right to cancel (European Union, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom)

If your order is delivered into the European Union, Northern Ireland or the United Kingdom, you may cancel it for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us in a clear statement, for example an email to info@dawanghihi.com; you may use the form below but you do not have to. Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the piece back, or of your proof of posting, whichever comes first, to the original payment method. Coins that the order earned come off your balance. If you have already spent them, their value, at one hundred coins to one US dollar, is deducted from the refund, and any coins you spent on the order come back to you as coins. You pay the cost of sending it back, unless the piece is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we send a label. Pieces made to your own specification or personalised for you cannot be cancelled unless they are faulty.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, the refund lands on your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card companies can take a little longer to post it on their side. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, write to info@dawanghihi.com.
