A counterfeit is not a compliment. It is a worse piece carrying our name, sold to someone who believed they were buying ours. This page is how to tell the difference, and how to tell us when you find one.

Where we actually sell

Online, this is it. www.dawanghihi.com is the only authorised online store for Da Wang HiHi. We do not sell through marketplace resellers, we do not run outlet sites, and we do not authorise anyone else to sell our pieces as new.

If you are looking at Da Wang HiHi for sale somewhere else and it is not us, then the seller sourced it themselves, and neither the piece nor the guarantee behind it is something we can stand behind.

Our accounts

We post as @DaWangHiHi on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube. Every one of them is linked in the footer of this site, and the footer is the version to trust. An account using our name that is not in that list is not us.

We will never ask you for a password, a card number or a one-time code in a direct message. Nobody from Da Wang HiHi has any reason to.

What is ours

The Da Wang HiHi name and wordmark, the HiHi emblem, the Split Panel, the Signal Tab and the campaign photography on this site belong to us. Using them to sell something, to imply we endorse something, or to pass work off as ours is not something we allow.

Writing about the brand, reviewing a piece you bought, or wearing it in your own photographs is a different thing entirely, and it needs no permission from us.

Report a counterfeit

Email info@dawanghihi.com with a link to the listing or the account, a screenshot if you have one, and where you came across it. If you bought something you now think is fake, tell us that too and send the receipt. We cannot refund a purchase made somewhere else, but knowing where it came from is genuinely how these get taken down.
