Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

 

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $120. Below that threshold, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout with their own estimates.

 

International shipping

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

 

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay us and are not refundable by us if a parcel is refused.

 

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at info@dawanghihi.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
