Shipping

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping is free over $120; under that a flat rate is calculated at checkout from your address. Domestic delivery usually lands 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International runs 7 to 21, depending on where customs takes it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day it arrives to start a return. The piece comes back unworn, tags on, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email us before you send anything. Parcels that arrive without a return request are not accepted, and we would rather not have yours sitting in a depot. The full detail lives in the refund policy.

Fit

Every product page carries a fit line taken off the pattern, not off a generic size chart. True to size means true to size. Runs slightly narrow means go up if you are between sizes. One size means one size.

Changing an order

We pack fast, which is good until you want to change something. Tell us the same day if an address is wrong or you want to cancel. Once the carrier scans the parcel we cannot pull it back and it has to run as a return.

If something arrived wrong

Open the parcel and check it. If a piece is damaged, defective, or simply is not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and a photo. We sort it from there.
