Every piece sold here is made to order. This page says who stands behind it, how to reach us if something about a product worries you, and what your guarantee is. It is written to be read, not to be got past.

Who stands behind the product

The details below appear on every product page under “Product safety and compliance”, as the EU General Product Safety Regulation asks a seller to show before you buy.

If something seems unsafe

Write to the safety contact above with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if you can, a photo. A person reads every message and answers within two business days. If the problem could affect other people, we stop selling the piece while we look into it.

Recalls

If a piece ever has to be recalled, we contact everyone who bought it directly, using the details from their order, and we post a notice here. There are no recall notices at this time.

Your guarantee

If you are a consumer in the European Union or Northern Ireland, you have a two-year legal guarantee that the piece conforms to its description. If you are in the United Kingdom, you have the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Everywhere else, the Refund policy applies. Nothing on this site limits rights the law gives you.

Care and warnings

Each product page lists what the piece suits, how to care for it and anything to watch for. The care label sewn into the piece is the final word on washing. Keep pieces away from open flames and heat sources, and stop using anything that is damaged.

Where pieces are made

Production is handled by our network of production partners. The partner is chosen by destination, so a parcel travels as short a distance as it can. Where a product page names a country of origin, that is the partner’s location.
