Not a support queue and not a survey. This is where you tell us the thing you would say if we were standing in front of you.

What fits and what does not. What you wanted to buy and could not find. What is confusing on this site, what is slow, what looks wrong on your phone. What we should make next.

Email info@dawanghihi.com and put Feedback in the subject line so it lands in the right place. You do not need an order number and you do not need to be polite about it.

If your message is about a specific order, Khidmat Pelanggan is the faster route.
